Tried with and without monitors inbuilt OC active, same thing. Tried at 85 and 100hz monitor setting and same results. Nothing extra in Nvidia 3d settings set, only high performance and some sharpening. I tried to purge my Nvidia drivers with DDU in safemode but got the same results. Tabbing into the game again makes the hz counter jump around 120-85-120-120. If I tab out of the game the desktop turns back to 85. Defeating the whole purpose of using ULMB since it needs a steady hz=fps for optimal use and I cant run this stable 120fps without sacrificing to much yummy visuals. Very odd that destiny2 or pubg launched fine with those first setttings but gen zero did not. Game launches with 85 correctly and stays at 85. FIXED: re-enabling ULMB through the monitors OSD instead of Nvidia panel seems to have fixed it.
